How do I create an account?
Sign up via our form here. We aim to process account requests within 2 working days. You will receive a password reset email once your account is set up.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, we have a relatively low MOQ of just 16 items.
How do I place an order?
Simply log in to your account here, then make use of any of our bulk order forms on our brand or category pages, or use the bulk order form. (The bulk order form shows all of our products, so it may be slower than shopping by brand or category.)
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer. Please note, we only accept GBP if paying via bank transfer. Please get in touch with us at sales@shapeshifterdistribution.co.uk if you need an exact amount in Euros for your order.
What are your shipping options?
We ship in the UK via Royal Mail & Parcel Force, aiming to deliver within 48 hours, though this is not guaranteed. For international orders, we offer UPS and DHL options. Prices are calculated at checkout. International orders can take up to 12 days to arrive depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you can’t find a shipping option for your location, please contact sales@shapeshifterdistribution.co.uk
I’m in Europe, will there be extra duties or taxes on my order because of Brexit?
No, you won’t have to pay any extra duties or taxes. Our warehouse is based in Northern Ireland. So different export rules apply, and you won’t have any extra charges to worry about.
