Do I Have to Pay Import Duty?

No, our customers within the EU will not have to pay any import duty.

Domestic Delivery to the UK & Ireland

All UK and Ireland shipping is posted via next day delivery.
Please note this is not guaranteed as deliveries are outsourced
to third-party companies such as Royal Mail, DPD and various
courier services through Postage Supermarket.
We always use the fastest possible service available.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide via DHL Express Worldwide and DHL Economy Select services.
The fastest delivery option will be selected by default.
If your country is not available to select at checkout,
please contact us and we will do our best to service you.
For orders weighing over 100kg, please get in touch for delivery options.

International Mail Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email.
Within this email there will be a link to track your shipment.

DHL On-Demand Delivery offers the following free delivery options:

• Deliver my package on Another Day:
  Scheduled delivery.
• Deliver my package to Another Address:
  Alternate delivery to work or family.
• Deliver my Package at a Safe Place:
  Authorise shipment release.
• Deliver my package with Neighbour:
  Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
• Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:
  Hold for collection.
• Request Hold My Package:
  Vacation hold safekeeping for up to 30 days.

If you choose Express Delivery, you will receive notifications
from DHL Express On-Demand Delivery.

ODD will provide email and SMS updates about your shipment progress,
including estimated delivery dates and times.

When the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule,
this free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery,
giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.
